Mô tả công việc
TWA are looking for the candidates for HR&Admin Department who will in charge:
1. Recruitment:
- Handle the recruitment procedure: sourcing, interviewing, selecting,...
- Coordinate the orientation training for new employees;
- Build the candidate pool by various activities such as.
2. C&B:
- Management employee profiles;
- Execute monthly time-keeping and payroll;
- Monthly/annually personal income tax declaration and related PIT report;
- Assist HRM in participating in salary and benefits survey and propose to apply the suitable benefits to employees;
- Handle compulsory insurance, personal accident insurance, health care Insurance;
- Ensure all C&B activities and reports are in-comply with company policies and VN regulations;
- Join setting up KPI project.
3. Employee Relation:
- Build up Company culture;
- Coordinate with Stakeholder to create some engagement activities
- Full in charge Discipline procedure.
4. Other: as required by HRM
*** Working condition:
- Working time: 08:00 AM - 17:00 PM (from 08:00 - 12:00 on Saturday);
- Attractive salary and Bonus;

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Graduate from university with related majors;
2. Under 28 years old;
3. Strong passion in HR field;
4. Deep knowledge in VN Labor code, SI law and PIT;
5. Good at English communication;
6. Excellent at MS Office applications (especially Excel);
7. Have experience is advantage.
