HR Executive

PURPOSE
- Gives the best HR service at head office and branches.

HR procedures
- Make new & renew labor contract, Memo, decision, termination …
- Prepare & submit labour use report

Tax
- Register PIT code and dependents for employees
- Prepare & submit certification of PIT withholding report
- Support PIT finalization

SHUI
- Claim maternity benefit and sick leave
- Declare labor increase/decrease/salary adjustment to Tax Agency

Payroll
- Prepare all data for salary calculation

Others
- Take weekly meeting minutes
- Other tasks required by GD/ HR MNG

REPORTING AND SCOPE
- The position reports to the Head of HR - Admin
- The geographical scope of the position is domestic

CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- University Degree
- At least 2 years working experience in similar position
- Good analytical, planning, organizing and problem solving skills
- Good presentation skill
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, especially MS power point
- Requires the ability to communicate both in English & the local language.
