HR Executive - IT Startup

We are looking for young HR Executive for our IT startup in this high growth rate stage, who can work directly with high-level staff to develop and execute on Seal Commerce’s human resource strategies, to take on something that is especially important and growing with the company: IT Recruitment, internal communications, C&B. and corporate culture.

*) What You’ll Do

- Collect requirements and carry out the recruiting plan on all departments: IT, marketing, sale, design.
- Design compensation and benefits packages (C&B)
- Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
- Handling the administration of all labor contracts.
- Facilitating newcomers joining formalities
- Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Develop company culture to maintain employee’s motivation by organizing team building activities and happy hours
- Execute employer branding strategies for the company

*) Skills & Experience:
- Gender: Female. Age: 22-26
- Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, employee engagement.
- Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced & challenging environment
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible approach and an ability to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude
- Comfort in a startup environment as we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment.

- Salary is commensurate with experience & qualifications (additional). Salary range: $400-800
