Mô tả công việc
Being the key player in human resources whom is dedicated to advancing business goals and being responsible for sourcing, recruiting, developing and retaining the best people while enriching and strengthening the company’s cultures and values. This position serves as a Consultant to Management on people services and is expected to act as an employee champion and change agent who initiates and help to transform the changes from management to aim for the continuous improvements of the company.
***Compensation & Benefit (Total Rewards) Services (35-40% of the workload)
- To manage the full cycle of time attendance (timesheet), including but not limited to collecting, checking, inputting and verifying timesheets and ensure the accuracy of the inputs for monthly payrolls and personnel costs
- To manage the leave information: monitoring all type of leaves in Cadena and ensure proper management of leaves
- To take care of labor contract preparation and management in assigned team/area
- To take care of compulsory insurances in assigned team/area
- To work with management team in formulating, implementing and reviewing compensation and benefits policies and procedures, including but not limited to salary/pay scale/scheme; monthly, conditional bonus and performance bonus scheme; benefit and allowances programs
- To maintain proper employee profile management including hard copies and electronic archiving
- To manage the tax code for personal income tax; income commitment; dependent registration and management in accordance with the PIT laws and regulations (excluding PIT reports and annual filings)
- To act as key communicator of the company compensation and benefits policies and procedures in order to increase the understandings, strict compliance and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the policies and procedures
- To collect/source market C & B data to analyze and benchmark in order to strengthen the company’s C & B strategies and competitiveness
- To prepare relevant and adequate HR reports to agreed stakeholders and other ad-hoc C & B activities
***Talent Acquisition (15-20% of the workload)
- Leverage the talent expertise (knowledge of talent pool and understanding of labor market data/information, …etc) to influence management team in developing sourcing strategies to meet not only the short-term recruitment needs but also the long-term talent requirements of the company. To maintain the proper talent pool data system/archiving
- Partnership with HR Manager in building relationship with Universities/recruitment agent/headhunting firms to enrich the talent resources
- To create/develop content and distribute talent branding content in company own website and social media
- To conduct the recruitment with hiring manager in assigned area to meet the business needs
- Partnering with relevant team in promoting the internship program and other public/community programs
***HR Business Partner (40-50% of the workload)
- To partner with HR Manager and management to develop, implement and review the performance appraisal scheme in the company
- To partner with Line Manager/HR Manager in developing and reviewing JD, KPI for each position/level
- To work with HR Manager in developing and maintaining the company related HR policies and procedures including but not limited to Company rules; discipline procedures; boarding & exit procedures
- To assist and follow up with Line Manager/HR Manager in conducting periodic performance appraisal and review. To work with Line Manager in identifying training/development needs for employee through appraisal and performance review
- To arrange necessary logistics for new comer. To conduct boarding and exit procedures. To propose the proper actions to improve working condition/environment to retain the talent/good people, including lesson learnt for future recruitments
- To partner with HR Manager and management team in identifying, developing and reviewing employee engagement strategy and program. To recommend employee relation practices necessary to establish a fruitful employer-employee relationship in order to promote the high level of employee morale and commitment. To work with HR Manager and management in development and implementation and review of effective communication and employee participation in order to enrich employee engagement
- Being proactive and to act as Consultant to Management and Line Managers in People management including but not limited to day-to-day operations and discipline actions. Act as key contact for employees and Line Managers for HR related matters.
- To consolidate and initiate training needs for organization, team and individuals. To organize the internal and external training. Participating in monitoring and evaluation of training programs to ensure the efficiency.
- To work with HR Manager and management in developing, implementation and promoting HR programs and events in accordance with the business needs and management’s expectations
- Other ad-hoc assignments by HR Manger and Management
***Report to :HR Manager, CFO

• University graduate with social majors or HR/Business Administration
• Good at English
• At least 3-year experience in HR
• Competencies required for the job

- Deep understanding of local laws and regulations relating to labor, hygiene and safety
- Growth mindset (open to new skill/new thing), curious and flexible
- Customer and service oriented
- Good negotiation and persuasive skill and Communication/Interpersonal skill
- Independently critical thinking and analytical skills
- Able to work independently
- Good at excel and experience with Human resource system is an advantage
