HR Executive - Expat Management

I. Job Description:
- Manages, stores and updates the expat staffing profile of the system including current and retired staff.
- To ensure the accurate and timely implementation of professional activities related to:
1. Letter of Employment, Labor contract, Letter of invitation to renew contract for foreign Staff.
2. Procedures for issuance / re-issuance of Work Permit, Temporary Resident Card, Visa ... for foreign Staff.
3. Salary and benefits policies for foreign staff.
4. Reports on foreign staff in accordance with regulations.
5. Other regimes for foreign workers.
- Resolving, supporting the handling of questions of foreign employees related to HR.
- Monitor and update the regulations and documents related to the use of foreign labor by the authorities at all levels in Vietnam.
- Interpreting work, supporting the school principals.
- Other tasks related to Human Resources as assigned by HR Director.

II. Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher education of relevant majors.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR field, especially in Visa, TRC, Work permit for expat staff
• Excellent in English.
• Able to professionally organize work.
• Able to work independently and in team.
• Ability to organize work independently as well as a team player , ability to observe and handle problems quickly and effectively.
• Careful, meticulous, confidential.
