Mô tả công việc
1. Planning:
- Assist LM in developing EB strategy for all target groups (internal & external)
- Do planning for key in-charge EB activities and events
- Develop the partnership plan between SPVB & key targeted partners (Universities, student Clubs/ Associations...)
2. Execution:
- Ensure execution of EB activities are in place for all target groups and aligned with SPVB's EVP
- Assist LM in executing EB related events for internal employees
- Lead the execution of Communication phase of Young Talent Program, maximizing all relevant online & offline channels (social media campaigns: Career site, Fanpage... and Career fairs/talkshows/workshop,…)
- Coordinate with TA team in MT, GET/ GST Selection process
- Coordinate with Functions and HRBPs to design and carry out the development plan of MT program (including Rotation Roadmap, Assessment plan, Promotion, Engagement plan of MTP)
- Oversee the development plan of Young Talent Program (MT, GET/ GST)
- Manage SPVB key employer communication channels: Facebook, Microsite, Websites...
3. Monitoring:
- Analyze and interpret metrics to measure success of YTP
- Monitor competitor employer branding activities, collect market intelligence information (new trends, best practices,..) on yearly basis to timely identify opportunities and come up with new initiatives to strengthen SPVB Employer Brand.
- Keep tracking the YTP budget
- Be responsible for all related EB data
4. Others:
- Support TD team in various ad-hoc activities.

- Bachelor degree
- More than 3 years of working experience – relevant HR experience in Talent Acquisition or EB
- Familiar with digital communication channels (social media platforms)
- Results-oriented; sense of innovation
- Project management skills to coordinate and execute events and campaigns effectively
- Proficient communication in both English and Vietnamese
- M. Office
- Passionate for the field of Employer Branding and HR marketing trends
- More than 3 years of working experience – relevant HR experience in Talent Acquisition or EB
- Familiar with digital communication channels (social media platforms)
- Results-oriented; sense of innovation
- Project management skills to coordinate and execute events and campaigns effectively
