Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for the general work of personnel;
- Assist the leadership in developing and implementing the Club's personnel policies and regulations;
- Provide a fair and fair working environment so that employees can work most effectively;
- Listen and propose appropriate solutions to resolve labor conflicts;
- Consult the Management Board about the recruitment process and ensure stable human resources in the club;
- Responsible for personnel policies and procedures, in accordance with the circumstances, compliance regulations, state regulations and company regulations.

- Fluent in English
- Excellent Microsoft office skill such as: word, excel, Power point…
- Experience more than 2 year at the same position is preferable.
- Multiple job task handling skill
- Excellent communication skill
- Patient, careful, polite characteristic
