Mô tả công việc
- Execute monthly payroll.
- Monitor and manage payroll legislation compliance.
- Handle full responsibility on compulsory insurances including opening and closing insurance books, claiming sick leave, maternity leave, etc.
- Reconcile payroll-specific records (e.g., payments, deductions, general ledger entries for wages)
- Coordinate with Accounting Department to proceed salary payment, social insurance payment, tax payment, etc. on the system.
- Maintain records on changes in wage/salary rates; pension, insurance, mandatory deductions; new hires, terminations, leave of absence, etc.
- Monthly, quarterly, yearly submit required reports to Competent Authorities.
- Conduct tax code, dependent registration.
- Finalize yearly Personal Income Tax.
- Be responsible for responding to staff inquiries related to payroll matters.
- Other works assigned by HR Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree.
- At least 02 years experiences in HR operation & C&B functions.
- Good command of English communication.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Hard working, responsible, careful, honest, detailed-oriented.
