Mô tả công việc

1. Training and Development
- Conduct training need analysis that well reflect to business needs and ensure all training & development activity in respective functions is well implemented
- Ensure flawless logistics admin to training & development agenda
- Draft the content for Induction, get alignment & implement for new-hires
- Ensure our talents of fresh programs (MT, GET, GST..) will be well developed by close collaborating with HRBP to track development plan, rotation plan and provide on-time support
- Be able to facilitate basic training programs

2. Core Process
- Ensure HR core process is well managed (timely, quality, capability) and executed at location
- Ensure execution of yearly MQPI and Leadership survey and timely training to stakeholders
- Coordinate biyearly organization health survey (OHS) to full population & actively participate in OHS cascade meeting, organize focus group/ brainstorming sessions to drive insights, come up with action plans and collaborate with HRBP to drive OHS action plan.

3. Culture program
- Organize Values CoC training annual refresh for all employees in respective functions.
- Execute and be champion of other culture programs cascaded from HO: Lunch & Learn, One Simple Thing, Productivity, Quality etc. in respective functions

4. HR General
- Implement headcount planning as per AOP process for both SPVB employees and outsource labors. Work with business to verify HC, update HC, structure when required.
- Have basic understanding on workforce demographic & organization effectiveness (eg: span of control, reporting relationship, shape of organization, tooth to tale ratio, etc) to compile data, make some analysis, reports on structure, HC and productivity.
- Utilize the TD process, tools and systems in SPVB in order to facilitate Calibration, Talent review sessions for L7- with stake holders to develop the diverse talent pipeline.
- Understand basic change management to support business in changing processes (eg: re-structuring, movement, new leadership, …)
- Foster the culture by organizing/ coordinating diverse activities in respective functions, eg: Sport program, Star Awards, Sales Incentive
- Manage all administrative matters to assure smooth HR deliveries to business (eg: salary review, promotion, exit interview,…) in compliance with HR and company policies
- Other tasks/ projects assigned by line manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- University graduate
- Background in social sciences/ economics/ business administration/ HR
- Minimum 2 years of experiences in HR Operation - TD/ Sales/Sales Capability, prefered in MNC, FMCG.
- Be passionate about HR and people development in particular
- Be able to deliver flawless logistics preparation
- Possess business acumen and service mindset
- Multitasking and work planning, can work with details
- Communication skills: Presentation skills, Interpersonal skills, English proficiency
- Good command of MS Office
- Self-driven, proactive, can-do attitude
