1. THE JOB
* You will be the 1st HR staff of the company, who will work directly with C-level to build up HR department, organization and culture, upholding company’s core values. We expect you to grow along with the company, and possibly become our Head of Organization Development in the future.
* Responsible for entire recruitment process, on-boarding new employees, planning all necessary training activities.
* Monitor employees performance to propose necessary training and treatment when needed.
* Build company culture focusing on upholding & reinforcing the core values.
* Participate in building & applying Career-Ladder for all departments & employees.
* Continuously organize professional team-bonding activities to strengthen team spirit.
* Responsible for payroll and employees benefits.
* Responsible for basic office administration & procurement.

3. IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Hustle! (have a ‘get-it-done’ entrepreneurial attitude). Startup lover/future entrepreneur is very much preferred.
* Experienced working on professional HR industry (at least 6 months), directly executed the recruitment, on-boarding, employee engagement activities.
* A bachelor degree in related disciplined is required.
* Good communication skills with a warm touch, good organizational skill.
* Good at Critical Thinking (ability to think critically & systematically, analyze and solve problems with a strong Attention To Detail).
* Learn very fast; and be extremely flexible and adaptable.
* Proactive, self-driven, and independent minded.
