- Recruitment of personnel upon request from departments
- Disseminating policies, regulations and regimes for employees.
- Making - checking - tracking - managing personnel, economic, dispatch contracts to / from
- Monitor and control company assets; shopping, collecting and distributing equipment and stationery for establishments.
- Organizing receptionist activities
- Organize exam programs and activities of cultural and artistic movement in the company.
- Support related departments.
- Other jobs under the direction of superiors.

- 5 years of experience in similar job.
- Good communication skills (both English and Vietnamese)
- Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
- Passion and interest in Human Resource field
- Organized mind, orderly, detail & result focus, flexibility
