- Creating and executing annual training plan/development plan based on both the organization’s and the individuals' needs.
- Working with relevant Managers/trainers to organizing training programs.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training courses.
- Maintaining & updating employee training and development data.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Experienced in Training Planning in Banking and Finance industry or experiened in Credit, Sales at least 4 years.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver training programs utilizing skills in
instructional design, program design & development, and training methodologies.
- High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style
- Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication,
presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required
