Mô tả công việc
• Implement all HR reports including Turnover Rate, Hiring, Headcount and People Operations cost;
• Analyze manpower plan in accordance with requests from managerial levels & business requirements;
• Estimate budget, compensation range follow Head of HR Operations’ instructions;
• Create flow chart, HR processes upon requests;
• Instruct other member to input data and make reports;
• Other tasks as requested by Head of HR Operations - TikiNow Smart Logistics

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• 2+ years of data analysis;
• Strong technical skills in Excel. SQL, Python is a plus;
• Good HR knowledge;
• Dedicated and details oriented;
• Proactive, follow-up and dynamic;
• Willing to learn and take more challenges for personal growth
• Candidates with immediate start are most preferred
