Mô tả công việc
Being a member of the Vietnam – Cambodia - Myanmar HR Team, reporting to the HR Service Delivery Manager, the HR Associate will provide professional expertise and support to internal client groups in terms of HR data analytics & reporting.
- Chiefly responsible for SAP data management and IT within HR.
- Deliver monthly HR report & data analytics based on request from different stake holders (HR, Finance, IT…)
- Provides general administrative support to HR functions in different areas, including HR residual tasks, regional projects, etc
- Contribute expertise to the HR community on competency enhancement.
- Accuracy & completeness of HR databases & reports (SAP, HR’ shared folders, hard copies of employee’s personal files etc.)
- Qualitative feedback from stakeholders (line managers, HR,…)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 1-4 years of working relevant experience, preferably in mass data analyst positions.
- Excellent MS Excel, data analytic & reporting skill
- Experience in managing complicated data system
- Logical thinking & learning capability
- Interest in a career in HR, although previous HR experience is not a must
