Mô tả công việc
NHO Quang Ninh is currently seeking a qualified applicant to fill the position of HR cum Admin staff. HR cum Admin Admin staff will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR issues of our King Town’s Project in Halong city, including carrying out Admin works, to ensure that the project in compliance with group.
- Manage legal documentation, correspondence, licenses in strict confidence;
- Coordinate appointments, including all correspondence and logistics necessary;
- Implement and improve upon administrative processes for more efficient workflows;
- Assist with accounting and billing regards to project.
- Assist HR Dept with the hiring process, keeping employment data, C&B, ...
- Other works will be discussed in the interview.

- 2+ years’ working experience as a adminitrator;
- Work hard;
- Has strong work ethic;
- Has team working skills;
- Use MS office well;
- Basic English skills.
