Mô tả công việc
1. Supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic recruitment plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations.
2. Effectively plan, design, develop and evaluate human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals.
3. Guide a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance with the Company’s objectives.
4. Guide and monitor human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
5. Guide and monitor general administrative operations, including expat management.
6. Lead negotiations and consultations with recognized Trade Union representation and third parties to build and maintain relationships.
7. Ensure overall HR implementation plans and activities to comply with the government of Vietnam and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
8. Follow and adhere to the Company’s code of conduct, safety procedures and compliance with the applicable laws strictly.
9. Guide and monitor the overall human resources and general administrative operations of the group by providing the common training program to all subsidiaries in Vietnam and building a group employer brand to a nationwide level.

11. Carry out the tasks assigned by a board of directors.

EDUCATION BACKGROUND:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related field.
WORKING EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in HR management and development.
• Proven track record in leading an HR department in a country with an international matrix organization/s is preferred.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:
• Good knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices
• Strong leadership and good to be role model.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
