Mô tả công việc
- Conduct payroll calculation and payment for local employees and Expatriates including PIT, payroll slip, labor contracts.
- Ensure all compensations & benefits to be complied with Labor law and company regulations.
- Support HR Manager for annual salary adjustment; employee promotion & evaluation activities.
- Manage attendance checking to be ready for Payroll payment on time.
- Be responsible for all the jobs related to Social Insurances (SI, HI, UI)
- Be responsible for HR monthly report, data analysis.
- Support the recruitment activities when it is needed.
- Other works as required by HR-Adm. Manager.

- Qualification Requirement: Bachelor in related field.
- Competencies Requirement: Quick thinking, well-organized, responsible, friendly.
- Knowledge / Abilities Requirement: Good knowledge of Admin - HR Field; Strong at C&B field, Labor law.
- Skills Requirement: Fluent communication both in Vietnamese & English; Microsoft offices
- Experiences: at least 5 years in Human Resources Management.
