1. Hiring and Onboarding Process for White Collar Employees
Sourcing Candidates for Open Roles
Interview Shortlisted Candidates
Onboard New Candidates
Connect with New Employees within the first 60 days
Involve in Young Talent Recruitment and Onboarding
2. Employee Engagement and Retention
Support programs to drive employee retention and strengthen engagement through facilitating focus group discussions and leveraging on resources to run employee engagement programs
3. HR Operational Excellence
To provide monthly HR reporting to reflect the progress of people-related activities.
4. HR Business Partner Program
To participate in HRBP related work as required by the HRBP Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education: University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Social Humanity, English or other relating universities…
Working Experience: Preferred at least 5 years’ experience in HR generalist or could be HR specialist/ other business background with strong interest in HRBP in complex organization At least 2 years of Recruitment Experience
Strong Industrial relationship skills and experience
Experience working with both white collar and blue collar workers
Proven ability to manage change
Business Understanding: Understanding of the manufacturing and engineering/ high tech industry
Working Experience: Preferred at least 5 years’ experience in HR generalist or could be HR specialist/ other business background with strong interest in HRBP in complex organization At least 2 years of Recruitment Experience
