HR Business Partner

Sparx* is the leading studio in Vietnam providing premium digital arts and animations to the biggest movie blockbusters and AAA games.
We are looking for a local HR Business Partner who has successfully aligned business-operation objectives with employees and managers. As an expert in human performance, the HRBP will consult human resources-related issues to management and build good relationship with employees.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Act as a main contact for Directors and employees in work performance
• Update and manage staff’s development history;
• Initiate and contribute in Performance processes;
• Coordinate and follow up Performance meetings and results;
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to Directors (coaching, counseling, career development);
• Run Talent management programs by providing Directors with execution plan and follow up the status of the programs;
• Own the delivery of HR processes to employees and Directors, including but not limited to orientation - termination - succession planning - skill mapping;
• Partnership with HRM to analyze and develop HR strategic plans, solutions, policies and training plan to suit with each employee’s and group’s skill set;
• Follow up training programs required for employee and groups to ensure they happen at right time and manner;
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention;
• Build employee’s engagement by narrowing the gaps of cultures, listening and understanding the employee’s needs to provide timely support;
• Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor;

• At least 5 year working experience in HR in which at least 2 years at the role of HRBP, or talent management, or training and development or employee relation at multinational companies;
• Experience in Software Outsourcing/Games Development/Services industry
• Business knowledge and customer service mindset;
• Strong knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law;
• Certificate or bachelor’s degrees in Foreign languages or business administration or HR
• Excellent English skill;
• Proficiency in MS Office tools;
• Good at time management and organization skills;
• Proactive and good team-work spirit;
• Expert in communication and have interpersonal skills for building a strong relation with the team;
• Patient, good communicator and empathetic;
