OBJECTIVES: You are the primary contact point of your partnering team on all HR strategic matters and a bridge between your partnering team and the HR team for effective HR management.
As an actor of change, I keep the team agile and adapted with the different context.
I accompany the team in human management to be in line with Company’s purpose, values and strategies.
I take care of the working spirit of the team for the happiness and the success of all.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
I revise and accompany the team for necessary changes of organizational structure.
I work with the team on human planning and the development of management of tomorrow
I create and utilize smart channels to attract the right talents to the team, support team in offering and follow-up them for a good integration
I do the mapping of competency and projects of the team; propose relevant strategies to booster Career development of team-mates
I provide efficient and adaptable tools, process for Performance management and efficiency improvement
I measure team members’ satisfaction & work on relevant actions to increase the happiness and retain talents
I take care of employee relation with win-win approach for both parties
I ensure the attractiveness of the total reward package with fair remuneration and variable recognition approaches
I provoke and facilitate the changes of the team
I promote the purpose and core values of the Company inside my team and the spirit of “team of teams”
I develop the autonomy in human management of my team with support but also high demanding level
I coordinate with relevant parties for the best co-building, implementation, sharing and also the improvement of all the HR strategies, policies, processes and solutions of my team as a part of the Company.
I support actively other activities of my team

Readiness and quality of the workforce of the team
Evolution of the team on both competency and performance
Feedback on human management practices of the team
DTB result (employee satisfaction) of the team
Voluntary human TO rate of the team
Feedback on your initiatives and your involvement in HR related projects
