HR Business Partner

We are looking for the first HR business partner of the LHV Software company! We are in a search for the passionate HR professional who will help our leadership team with strategic talent management programs, setting up a recruitment process in accordance with the latest trends in the market and other people-oriented projects. ● As a business partner, you will be dedicated to the team of about 50 employees
● You will coach managers and other key leaders and help them with performance management,
talent management, and people development.
● You will implement and continuously improve HR processes such as hiring, performance & talent
management.
● You will lead various HR projects, e.g. comp&ben activities, engagement surveys, etc.
● You will closely cooperate with our recruiter and other HR colleagues, as well as with HR team from our client GoodData located in Europe.
● This role reports to COO

● Has 6+ years of experience in HR, both in startup and middle-size companies or corporate environments and 3+ years experience in HR business partnership in an international/global company.
● Has proven experience with recruitment, performance management, people development, and talent management.
● Has the ability to build a relationship with managers and people at all levels of the company and become a trusted advisor.
● Is able to run projects independently and come up with new solutions.
● Is fluent English and Vietnamese
● Working in the international team is an advantage
● It is a big plus if you have working experience in the IT environment and are willing to occasionally
travel to the Czech Republic.
