Mô tả công việc
Job summary:
District Eight is a design led, manufacturing firm with manufacturing units for wood joinery, metalwork, casting and upholstery.
Our core field is furniture and interior design but work also includes visual design, commercial interiors, architecture, exhibitions, lighting and sculpture.
HR BP will provide support to Business Unit in all aspect of HR programs, including but not limited to recruitment & selection, manpower planning, budget forecast, staff orientation, payroll execution, compensation & benefits administration and insurance review.
As a key member of the business unit, he/she will also be involved in various HR initiatives and projects in order to achieve the business and HR team objectives.
Role responsibilities and requirements:
1. Recruitment & Selection
– Responsible for contact person of Business Unit and work well with HR team for full cycle of recruitment including but not limited screening, interviewing, reference checking, employee benefit and compensation negotiation for assigned employee groups.
– Involve in manpower planning of Business Unit.
– Conduct briefing or staff orientation for new hires of Business Unit.
2. Compensation & Benefits and annual HR process
– Annual salary survey and benchmark.
– People cost budget and forecast.
– Assist annual performance management, salary review, C&B recommendations processes.
– Perform annual salary survey and related analysis as needed.
– Manage all the records of benefits such as insurance, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, leave records, terminations, employee statistics for government reporting payroll cost and monthly HR movement reports.
3. Payroll execution
– Participate in HR policy, benefits and insurance review and implementation.
– Manage the HR system, maintain database and personnel records in ensuring data integrity.
4. Training & Development
– Induction training for new hires
– Local training program coordination and logistics.
5. Employee Relations
– Communicate company information to all levels of staff effectively and efficiently through different channels.
– Offer professional consultation and advice to employees as appropriate.
– Handle issued employees and response/follow-ups on disciplinary, grievances and labor cases.
6. Projects
– Active participation to HR projects and initiatives:
• Key user of job posting system; intranet HR system;
• Talent Development Project and/or other Key HR Initiatives
– Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
– Degree holder in HRM or equivalent
– Minimum 5 years of experience in generalist HR
– Former experience in MNC/sizeable companies & serving diverse team an advantage
– An energetic and self-motivator with a positive and mature disposition
– Business acumen and numerically inclined
– Dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal & communications skills
– Problem solver with good organizational skills
– Flexible thinking and customer oriented
– Excellent PC skills
– Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Vietnamese
Salary and benefits:

• Basic salary range: $ gross up to candidate's competency
• 13th month of salary (for local staff only)
