HR Assistant Section Leader

• Leading a team of HR staff in area of recruitment, labor contract and nurse
• Control the labor contract implementation and make sure that the labor contract is carried out in line with the Vietnam prevailing law. Involve in contract termination, labor dispute solving.
• Involve in recruitment advertisement, up keep the advertisement effectiveness report, participate in interview and selection of lower level staff
• Work with local school, authorities, job promotion center to widen and enrich the labor resources for recruitment.
• Up keeping Vietnam law and regulation related to labor, insurances, employment, compensation, minimum wage change, PIT… and make it ready to consult for the Section leader and Management on this field if necessary and update the change in the company wide.
• Keep observing and make report on the general company regulation implementation status, collecting feedback from employee in the company wide.
• Basing on the company regulation implementation status, planning and conduct regular communication, counseling to employee to enhance understand of employee on company practice, working attitude, company regulation implementation and obedient. Report to Section leader the feedback and propose for solution.
• Work with local bodies to implement and maintain the implementation on working environment checking, health checking pursuant to local prevailing regulation and follow the documentation.
