Mô tả công việc
1. C&B
1.1 Implement preparation for monthly payroll and related payment to the staffs
1.2 In charge of Social & Health Insurance, accident & medical insurance matters
1.3 In charge of personal income tax
1.4 Follow up and monitor all staffs with changes in their compensation and benefit
1.5 Make monthly report of social and heath insurance, monthly insurance balance, personal income tax to BOD and governmental agency
1.6 Do monthly report of payment for BOD's approval
1.7 Update and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fair application
1.8 Support to ensure the Company’s competitive compensation and benefits package
1.9 Follow up the off in lieu of all staffs
1.10 Participate in the development of C&B policies and vision
1.11 Implementation of Human Resource Information System
1.12 To support HR group initiative & projects
1.13 Training and making group discussion on new compensation issues
2. Recruitment
2.1 Making annual recruitment plan and report to HR Manager
2.2 Building brand and network in logistics field for candidate pool
2.3 Searching for candidates, arranging interview and doing recruitment process when receive recruitment proposal from Departments.
2.4 Preparing and managing labor contract for all employees.
2.5 Processing probation evaluation, contract extending evaluation.
3. HR policies & procedures
3.1 Support HR Manager in making and implementing HR policies & procedures for Holdings & all subsidiaries.
4. PMI
4.1 Assisting HR Manager & Head Quarter HR (Korea) in preparing documents, HR data for PMI process.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Education: University
2. Professional: HR related major is an advantage
3. Language Skill: Good English communication skills
4. Office Skill: Good Word, Excel, Powerpoint skills
5. Working Experiences: 5~7 years experience in HR, especially in logistics field
