HR Assistant (Male, Work in Nhon Trach Dong Nai)

- Daily, monthly control of attendance and absence, annual leave and making reports relating to staff and workers management at the factory.
- Ensuring company’s staff and workers to understand HR policies as well as C&B policies at the factory.
- To review and maintain procedures in order to solve any problems relating to labor relation at the factory.
- Other tasks as assigned by leaders.

- BA degree, preferring in HR, labor relations or other related areas.
- 2 - 4 years proven track record in the field of HR (Age < 35 years old).
- Extensive experience in handling complex HR operations for a large organization.
- Being proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Being proficient in English.
- Having conflict resolution skills and abilities to work independently, managing time and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with leaders and employees at all levels within the organization.
- Strong working knowledge of labor law and practices with experience working in teams, both as a leader and a team member.
- Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment.

(There are cars to pick up staff from HCM, Bien Hoa, Ba Ria - Vung Tau to Nhon Trach and come back)
