Mô tả công việc
Key responsibilities:
1. Recruitment
- Build the candidate database
- Post job recruitment, screen the CV and arrange the interview process (including test)
- Interview part-time positions
- Post-informing to failure candidate(s)
- Liaise with head hunter and recruitment center to find the resource and fill-up the vacant need promptly
2. Compensation and Benefit
- Handle monthly payroll, bonus and fringe benefit to all employees
- Calculate monthly overtime for all employees (including dispatched/contracted employees)
- Review payroll from outsourcing vendor for dispatched/contracted employees
3. Training and Development
- Administrative arrangement for all relevant training course
- Follow-up and keep record for all training courses with materials for both internal or external courses
- Handle orientation & introduction for new employees
4. Statutory Compliance
- Abide by the labor laws and regulations, ensure compliance in all HR functions such as employment terms, labor contracts, employee’ benefit, reporting procedures and regulated staff handbook
- Handle Personal Income Tax and regulated reports to Tax authority
- Handle all kinds of compulsory insurance schemes and regulatory reports to Social Insurance Department
- Prepare period compulsory reports to Labor Department
- Prepare, follow-up and make sure the prompt legal staying process for expatriates such as work permit, temporary residence card
5. Travel/Business Arrangement
- Apply visa for all business trip per requested
- Arrange air ticket, accommodation for all business trip per requested
6. Document Filing
- Create, review and arrange file in order and systematically both in soft and hard copy
- Make sure the personnel file are full & prompt recorded of requested document per VN Labor law and HO policy
7. Report
- Prepare and daily update leave record of all employees (including expatriates) and report to HO or business unit per requested
- Update contact list per monthly or from time to time
- Prepare interested party process for prompt procedure and request from HO from time to time
- Prepare sanction application for prompt procedure per regulated and internal policy
- Other kinds of reports assigned by Dept. Head or assigned person from time to time
8. Others
- Arrange accommodation for expatriates: frequently review the list of serviced apartments for well update and easy reference
- Arrange health insurance for all employees with best service and assist the employees with claim procedure
- Arrange health insurance for all employees’ dependent with best service and assist the employees with claim procedure
- Arrange annual health check-up for local staff
- Understand and frequently update the relevant laws to make sure full compliance
- Update HRIS system
- Arrange well-being program for staff
- Review and update the local staff hand book and register with authorities
- Handle self-inspection of law compliance
- Back-up for HR Head
- To perform any other duties as may be assigned by Department Head or assigned person from time to time

Qualifications:
- Vietnamese
- Female
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 3~5 years working experience in HR General. Working experience in Banking is an advantage.
- Deeply understanding the labor laws and statutory regulations in relation to job duties in-charge
- Has been familiar with personal income tax process with whole process that is inclusive but not limited to tax code application, monthly tax calculation, monthly reports/declarations, yearly tax return
- Friendly, proactive, self-motivated, co-operative, patient, responsible and open minded person
- Good communication skills in Vietnamese, English
- Good command of various MS computer programs and applications
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail and meet tight deadlines
- High spirit of team work and ability to work under high pressure
