Data Update
1. Update Staff profile, C&B data to HR Software and Aphelion within 24 hours with high accuracy.
2. Schedule and handle onboarding process including checking required documents, preparation of probation contract/ service agreement, labor contract, etc.
Filing and E-filing
Fully responsible for Filing and E-filing of Human Resources.
Uniform
Distribute uniform to staff as part of the onboarding process and promotion process
Other assignments
1. Generates reports as per request. Handle/ Support projects, HR administration or other assignments as per request.
2. Ensure high level of confidentiality towards staff personal information, staff compensation plan as well as company plan.

- 1 year of work-related and or/equivalent schooling experience.
- English speaking is essential.
- Good computer skills.
- Possess a true willingness to help people.
- Understanding of and enjoyment from delivering customer service.
- A desire to learn and grow personally and professionally.
- Exceptional work ethic, with strong values and principles.
