Mô tả công việc
1. Payroll:
• Administer payroll monthly.
• Consolidate monthly department overtime/leave management.
• Be in charge and calculate of monthly payroll (salary, allowances, deductions, adjustments, overtime, unpaid leave, sick leave….) for employees based on the time sheet and overtime records.
2. Obligated and voluntary insurances:
• Makes declaration of social and health insurance, unemployment insurance for employees every month as per mandatory requirement.
• Updates healthcare insurance employee list and informs insurer accordingly, follows up with them for claim document.
3. Personal Income Tax:
• Completes monthly personal income tax declaration for employees, or expatriates and report to Tax
4. Labor contract:
• Prepare Job offer, Employment contract, Agreement
• Monitoring the labor contract for new employees and labor contract expiration.
• Follow up and prepare document of transfer, promotion, leave
• Controls personnel data from their officially-employed date to their resignation including: Inputting and updating personal data and filing personal profiles of all staffs.
• Prepares labor contract and follows up for the renewal ones.
5. Performance Management:
• Record yearly KPIs and performance appraisal results.
• Consolidate and analyze performance results as per guideline.
6. Report:
• External reports: PIT code for employees, Personal Income Tax reports (monthly declaration, yearly finalization report), Social insurance reports, Labor reports,…required by the Government.
• Internal reports: Salary report, staff turnover report, headcount report, performance management reports, and ad hoc reports.
7. Suporting Recruitment team
• Collect Recruitment document in District 7, submit to HRD/ GD
• Induction for new comers
• Others HR task and responsibility assigned by Head of HR Department.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Knowledge and Skill
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Management, Human Resources Management, Law University or relevant faculties.
• Broad knowledge of payroll, SHUI, PIT, labor contract relationship and performance appraisal.
• Good at English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, analytical skills.
• Good problem solving skill.
2. Experience
• Minimum 2-year experience in C&B specialist or payroll expert (preferred in retail industry).
• Experience in payroll process, SHUI reports, PIT reports and labor contract management.
• Understanding and applying Labor code, PIT law, obligated insurance laws, and related laws.
• Good command in HR software/ payroll module.
