Mô tả công việc
Recruitment
• Arrange the interview schedule and test the English Background for concerned position
• Inform the result and confirm the new comers
• Prepare welcome Kit for new comer
• Manage the Recruitment Database
• Assist HRM to organize the Mass Recruitment, Job Fair
• Maintain and Update information through the Recruitment Page
Training
• Design, deliver and administer the training program in accordance with organization’s training and development plan.
• Analyze the training needs of individual and department
• Design, resource and deliver training program, or recommend externally-provided training program
• Maintain and analyze the training records
• Compile handbooks, manual, guides and other materials
• Keep up-to-date on developments and innovations.
• Conduct training to staff (Orientation, Soft Skills, English..)
• Conduct the weekly/monthly report
• Support HRM to set up the activity (staff birthday, event…)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor Degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as Training Coordinator or Trainer
• Computer and literacy and advance English ( 4 skills)
• Time Management Skill, Solving Management skill
• Good communication, good presentation
• Careful, accuracy, active, friendly, honest
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as Training Coordinator or Trainer
