HR and Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently looking for HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist who wants to become key person representing HR part of the company in Vietnam in HCMC or Da Nang. This position is to provide day to day support for recruitment, performance management and staff relations activities.

Your responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Be responsible for IT recruitment in Vietnam
• Manage the whole recruitment and selection process – direct searching through different channels, conducting interviews, processing and motivating candidates, offers, onboarding etc.
• Active search for IT professionals, finding new ways of reaching candidates
• Candidates database management
• Create and execute strategic sourcing plans, and stay updated on recruitment trends by maintaining and enhancing a network of contacts in the industry

HR Agenda:

• Support of HR processes, performance management, training and development
• Organization of company and team events
• Support good team spirit and pleasant working environment
• Engage employees and motivate them
• Execution of the HR marketing campaigns, social media maintenance and content management
• Active communication inside/outside the company

We expect from you:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar HR role and experience within technology company
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with IT recruitment
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, and using alternative sourcing methods, with strength in social media and networking tools
• Advanced knowledge of labor market and industry trends, business drivers and strategies
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Advanced communication skills in English
• Ability to focus on solutions rather than what’s not working.
• Ability to priorities multiple tasks seamlessly.
• Possess positivity and enthusiasm in what you do.
• Pro-active and creative attitude
• Independence and reliability
