Mô tả công việc
1. Responsible for formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures according to the guidelines from OS HR and the local regulatory requirements;
2. Work with the management team on manpower planning and implementation of disciplinary actions, review turnover rate for improvement measures, arranges orientation for new joins;
3. Responsible for manpower planning, employee separation and orientation;
4. Manage monthly payroll administration; formulate compensation and benefits programs that are in line with OSR guidelines and local market situation;
5. Implement the performance management system, coach line managers to do performance planning and evaluation. Facilitate the performance calibration meeting for the management team;
6. Devise employee relations and sustainability programs to enhance employee engagement and company branding;
7. Manage the company assets and facilities in the office;
8. Ensure daily smooth running of company devices in office and station;
9. Perform many other duties assigned from time to time.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Bachelor Degree or above, Degree holder in Human Resources and Business Management will be highly preferred;
2. Well versed with local employment ordinance and market people management practices;
3. 8 years or above HR generalist experience with managerial roles;
4. Proven ability to provide high quality independent analysis, conclusion and recommendations to management team;
5. Flexible, highly organized and able to handle multi-tasks;
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and positive attitude;
7. Good command of both spoken and written English or Chinese;
8. Candidate working in logistic industry will be highly preferred.
