Mô tả công việc
Job Mission
Be responsible for developing, implementing and supporting programs and processes that add value to Wilo and its employees, leading to improved employee welfare, empowerment, growth and retention; providing back office tasks to ensure that municipal services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Essential Functions
• Functionally responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources function and work closely with regional HR
• Assist to support the development and execution of HR practices and procedure
• Ensure compliance to the company policy, procedures and practices
• Assist managing director on recruitment process in accordance with hiring needs; screening of resumes, interview arrangement, job offer to shortlisted candidates, prepare employment contracts
• Responsible for the maintenance and update of employee’s personnel files
• Responsible for the preparation of HR related documentations and letters
• Responsible for new hire on-boarding and resigned exit procedure
• Ensure performance management processes within Southeast Asia standards
• Assist managing director on internal HR affairs including employee’s emulation, discipline, termination of contract, welfare etc.
• Responsible to update social insurance offices on headcount turnover
• Support the local compliance representative
• Assist in local insurance package selection or renewal
• In charge of office administrative functions including telephone calls, courier service, stationery and office equipment maintenance, access card, parking card, taxi card, name card.
• Responsible for the maintenance and update of employee’s annual leave, attendance report, contact list and master list.
• In charge of flight and hotel booking, visa or work permit application
• Support the organization on the arrangement of company’s event, seminar, training etc
• Co-ordinate with regional IT in set-up new laptop, mobile phone and any other IT tasks assigned from time to time
• Provide support in general and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or equivalent with min 2-3 years of general HR and administration working experience
• Good knowledge of local Employment Act , Social Insurance Law, PIT law and other relevant stipulations
• Effective communication skills in oral and writing for both English and Vietnamese
• Good interpersonal skills, independent, self-motivated and good time-management
• Detail and organization skills
• Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) and TS24, iHTKK
• Good knowledge of local Employment Act , Social Insurance Law, PIT law and other relevant stipulations
• Effective communication skills in oral and writing for both English and Vietnamese
• Good interpersonal skills, independent, self-motivated and good time-management

Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Lương tháng 13, thưởng theo năng lực/chế độ công ty
- Chế độ bảo hiểm: ngoài bảo hiểm theo quy định, công ty cung cấp bảo hiểm sức khỏe riêng cho nhân viê
- 15 ngày phép năm, làm việc 5 ngày trong tuần (thứ 02 – 06)
