JOB SUMMARISATION HR & ADMINISTRATOR EXECUTIVE
1- Plan and organize the office work and monitor the distribution of the office activities to ensure work flow and simplicity of office work procedures.
2- Prepare meeting agendas as per her boss directions, inform attendees and provide all relevant data and files for the discussed subjects.
3- Arrange her direct boss calendar and commitments including meetings, interviews, visits and official missions. Update the calendar as per any occurring changes.
4- Follow up directions and assignments given by her boss and prepare memos of this follow-up result to present to her boss.
5- Organize, keep and follow all the office files and records to make it easy to refer to and get required information.
6- Provide required stationary for the office work follow up with the office systems and how to make use of them to help work flow.
7- Monitor travel arrangements for her boss and make travel and residence reservations and commitments abroad.
8- Forward outcomes of his boss meetings including decisions, recommendations or directions to the concerned persons and follow up with required procedures to ensure their implementation.
9- Prepare required reports and statistics about the office activities, classify them and save them in the computer as per the applied information systems and databases.
10- Type special and private reports from her boss or for the office requirements.
11- Receiving incoming calls to office, answering and transfer the call to right person.
12- Manage attendance, employee leave, filing HR document.
13- Recruitment: receiving the approved recruitment require from related departments, posting for job vacant, scan CV, arrange for interview.
14- Doing sales admin job ie arrange the meeting with customers, filing all customers data etc.
15- Follow and observe health, safety and environment systems and regulations and take due precautions to protect himself and others and preserve the company’s assets and properties.
16- Perform other assigned duties.

JOB SUMMARISATION SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
1. In charge of all LC process and issues, working with customers about the LC draft.
2. Working closely with PIC bank, PIC logistic team and confirm LC with customers for issuing LC.
3. Prepare invoice, packing list for shipment.
4. Checking payment request from other department, prepare the remittance on periodic. Bookkeeping for all payment.
5. Prepare the cashflow/budget.
6. Working with Vietnam local banks on the working capital, facilities, LC discount, bank tariff negotiation etc. Control bank facilities and mature date. Control LC cost, bank cost etc…
7. Issuing the final invoice to customers.
8. Prepare the internal reports as required.
9. Working with relevant authorities such as: audit firm, banks…
10. Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
11. Secures financial information by completing database backups.
12. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
13. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
14. Corporate with other departments in company to ensure that company activities are smooth
15. Other ad hoc (if any)

JOB SUMMARISATION SALE SPECIALIST
1. Study and analyze the global and local market in accordance with the market effective factors to recognize available and potential opportunities for marketing the product and enhancing the company’s competitive position in the traditional and new markets.
2. Perform and follow up sales plans approved by direct boss through realizing quantities, prices and grades of the product according to the approved budget and the constant communication with customers, agents and exporters.
3. Review emails from the customers, agents and competitors and reply to them. Give price offers in coordination with his direct boss.
4. Communicate with relevant departments and sections to inform with the sales deals, follow after sale services including administrative execution of contracts, and inform direct boss with any work obstacles. Use Oracle, SAP system in his work in addition to other applied systems.
5. Prepare market relevant periodic and special reports including supply and demand, trade activities volume, price trends analysis and monitoring competitors’ activities. Prepare shipment tables and any other requested reports.
6. Participate in business missions and customers’ visits to decide customer satisfaction levels and review their requests. Take part in conferences and meeting with olefins exporters and consumers and engage in negotiations according to the direct bosses directions.
7. Keep records of data, reports and contracts in computer according to Oracle system in addition to other traditional methods such as filing.
8. Follow and observe health, safety and environment systems and regulations and take due precautions to protect himself and others and preserve the company’s assets and properties.
9. Perform other assigned duties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS HR & ADMINISTRATOR EXECUTIVE
* Experiences:
- At least 5 years of experience in GA - HR field
* Skills:
• Good command of written and spoken English.
Excellent written and communication skills, including telephone skills.
• Excellent organization and administration skills.
• Having knowledge of standard office work for HR& administration department.
• Good customer service skill.
• Ability to work as a part of a team and also on individual tasks.
• Sale admin experience is preferable.
*Qualification:
- Graduated in related majors at foreign universities / leading universities in Vietnam

JOB REQUIREMENTS SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
* Experiences:
- At least 2 years working experience on International payment from the banks. Well knowledge on Letter Credit types. Can working independently on solving all LCs from customers.
- Prefer candidate have experience on using SAP.
- Prefer candidate having experience on IFRS, IAS and Vietnamese accounting standard.
- At least bachelor degree of International trade from high rank university in Vietnam or oversea.

International trade, Research Skills, Analyzing Information , Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Confidentiality, Thoroughness, Corporate Finance, Financial Software, General Math Skills
*Qualification:
- International trade, banking
- Finance and Accouting.

JOB REQUIREMENTS SALE SPECIALIST
* Experiences:
- At least 5 years of experience (Senior) or 3 years of experience (Junior) in sales in petrochemical industry.
- Applicants who have worked in the first petrochemical company
- Fluent English is will be preferable.
*Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Able to be on abroad or domestic business trips.
- Confident in generating new business as well as increasing sales
- Competent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Email) are essential

*Qualification:
- Bachelors in following majors: Foreign Trade, International Trade from leading universities in Vietnam or international universities.
