HR and Admin Manager

• Develop and implement an HR strategy that fosters a positive work environment for all levels of the organization
• Encourage and facilitate openness, trust, dignity and respect across the organization
• Identify current and future employment needs while developing and implementing an employment strategy to hire and retain the best people
• Manage, organize and control the HR department and function
• Develop and administer a high performance salary/compensation system
• Maintain a consistent and fair internal job evaluation and annual performance review process

-Workplace: Hai Duong

Male / female from 27-40 years old
- Having at least 3 years experience in Human Resources at a company with scale of over 400 people.
- Great ability to build up HR system and policy
- English or Chinese proficient in 4 skills
- Experience in textile , garment and footwear enterprises is an advantage
