Mô tả công việc
Operations
1. Payroll processing & reports including OT reconciliation
2. Ensure accuracy and timely processing of payroll matters
3. Handles taxation matters – PIT, social Insurance
4. Assist in annual payroll audit
5. Offboarding payroll administration
6. Maintain HR System and handles employees Personal files
7. Handle employee’s leave management
8. Handle staff enquiries including training matters
9. Handle work pass application and renewal
10. Prepare payroll data to Management and BU on a need to basis
11. Handles Govt survery excluding headcount
12. Track and process work pass application & renewal
13. Process and handle on boarding and offboarding cases including to assist in exit interviews
14. Letter generation and employee’s contract
15. Process reports to Finance and government bodies on a need to basis
16. Make recommendation on policy and process changes
17. Assist in HR audits
Training
1. Source for training vendors
2. Coordinate registration, course confirmation & approval and logistics set up
3. Comply with training SOPs and policy.
4. Administer requisition and billing process of courses
5. Administer application of training grant
6. Update and maintain staff training records
7. Liaise and maintain good rapport with internal and external stakeholders on
training matters
Recruitment:
1. Assist in sourcing of candidates and handle interview arrangement
2. Handle job advertisement on job portal and website
3. Liaise with recruitment agency
IT and Admin
1. Handle IT and admin matters including booking of hotels, air tickets and driver’s administration, security, office equipment and maintenance, purchasing of stationary and arrangement of courier service
2. Manage and handle vendors, building management and local authorities
3. Manage schedule for maintenance of office equipment and system
4. Update monthly report on cost of purchasing postage, stationary, office equipment and building maintenance

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Diploma in relevant fields
2. Fluency in English
3. Competent in basic MS Office, excel, ppt
4. Able to adapt to changes, and develop solutions through analytical, interpretative, evaluative, creative and innovative thinking
5. Prior experience of at least 3 years working in HR field
6. Independent, resourceful and possess a high level of personal drive and commitment to succeed.
Salary and allowances:
- Salary: Negotiate (attractive)
- Working time: Mon to Fri, from 8AM to 5:15PM
- Yearly bonus: 1 => 3 months of salary
- Yearly travelling: Domestic or Oversea
- Healthcare insurance
- Other policies: according to Government regulation
