The HR analytics and information system specialist serves as the expert in all HRIS systems and analytics work for the Human Resources Department, including entering, maintaining, cleaning, auditing, processing sensitive HRIS data and making purposeful HR analytical reports. In addition, the HR analytics and information system specialist is responsible for maximizing technological capabilities to reduce manual processing, maintain data integrity and sufficiency for management purposes, and to train others in best utilizing HR information systems.
Key responsibilities:
Acting as the system administrator for all HR information systems.
Initiating, developing, and supervising the implementation of internal and external procedures for improving manual and automated processing of personnel records.
Ensuring the highest level of accuracy and sufficiency of HR data entered into HR systems to serve human resources management purposes.
Proposing and conducting applied research projects to improve HR effectiveness and efficiency.
Providing dashboards, data analysis, regular and ad-hoc reports to support Leadership and all HR team members on all aspects of human resources management and development; making recommendations using business acumen and HR specialty.
Identifying and using appropriate methods of presenting data and information to ensure clear communication of facts, trends, and anomalies to the intended audience.
Using a variety of quantitative and qualitative methods (such as surveys, data mining …) to gather, analyze and interpret research data and derive useful information for leadership and HR management.
Developing metrics to monitor progress with the execution of HR Strategy.
Working closely with the HR team to administer and support all HR system technologies and enhancements that improve HR operational efficiency and effectiveness
Training others to effectively use HR information technologies.

University degree in Management / Economics / Finance/ Legal/ Business Administration/Human Resources Management
Knowledge of principles, practices, and standards of human resources management
Rich experience in human resource information systems (such as SuccessFactors, Workday, payroll software, e-learning software ...)
