Mô tả công việc
CRCC Asia is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable individual with at least 12 months HR experience in recruitment and/or learning & development. This individual will be based in our global headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City, and be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, and learning & development for our employees in China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, India, Australia, US, and the UK.
In addition, this individual will be responsible for our Vietnam-entity/office administration.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment / Onboarding
- Attract quality candidates through preparing job descriptions/postings, screening and short listing applicants; as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals
- Research and choose job advertising options for all CRCC Asia office locations: China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, India, UK, US, and Australia
- Conducting first-round screening - including pre-interview surveys & first-round interviews for all permanent and temporary hires
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
- Review and refine existing onboarding process- including conducting standard orientation for new employees by explaining company policies
- Complete pre-employment administration for potential hires (Offer letter, Reference checks, Labor contracts)
Employee Relations
- Management of the company’s HR Employee Handbook - including refining and developing HR policies
- Proactive HR support to managers on all employee relations issues and activities, HR guidance, policy interpretation
- Devise and maintain a new global annual leave tracker/database (e.g. vacation, sick leave, etc)
Appraisals & Retention & Professional Development
- In conjunction with the COO setting employee objectives, monitoring performance and overseeing annual staff appraisal process
- Developing a long-term strategy to achieve staff retention objectives
- Monitoring and refining staff utilisation of professional development budget
- Conduct annual employee engagement survey
- Conduct exit interviews for staff
- Responsible for managing the company’s Glassdoor account
Vietnam Office Administration
- Responsible for managing office administration- e.g. liaising with landlord, provision of cleaning/internet, etc
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, fire alarm testing and first aid
- Make sure all meeting rooms are ready to use & all office equipment is well looked after
- Manage the team-building budget and organise social/team events
Vietnam Entity Administration
- Main liaison with external consultants for social insurance, tax payments, and reports in compliance with government/legal requirements
- Support Finance with payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves

THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE:
- At least 12 months of HR-related experience in a foreign-owned company.
- Undergraduate degree, preferably in HR or Business Administration
- Based in Vietnam with right to work
- Good understand employee relation issues like Disciplinary, Absence, Performance & Development, Redundancy, etc.
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal communications skills (negotiations, conflict resolutions, presentations, etc);
- Ability to deal with people of different backgrounds, levels and cultures
- You understand HR systems, management, and staff development supporting our international internship employability components
- You are highly organized. You will be the global HR manager for 12 offices - in 9 countries. You’ll need a disciplined approach to prioritising and staying on top of your work!
- Working knowledge of Vietnam employment law
YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE:
- Study or work experience in any of the following: Europe, North America, Australia, China, Japan, Korea, and India.
- Experience in working with remote teams
- Previous experience with Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail)
