HR & GA Manager

- Make recruitment plan (monthly, quarterly, yearly) based on the request. Communicate recruitment plan to team members.
- Supervise and manage all recruitment task.
- Support manager update, build, adjust procedure, company policy.
- Support manager to build/ adjust/ update promotion policy and procedure.
- Manage all jobs of HR team, GA team, speed up and guide team members to complete the work on time and
effectively.
- Compliance.
- Factory evaluations.

- More than 5 years experience.
- Fluent in English
- Proven working experience as HR- leader at least 3 years
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
