Mô tả công việc
1. Building and standardizing the operating document system of the Company:
- Develop Process, Regulation, Authorization, Job description ...
- Establish salary and bonus mechanism for positions
2. Recruitment:
- Posting, filtering records, conducting interviews
- Develop a set of interview questions and tests for positions.
3. Training:
- Integration training for new employees
- Exploiting and organizing training classes according to the Company's training plan
- Standardize training process, training commitment and post-training evaluation.
4. Other personnel work:
- Internal communications
- Supervise the implementation of Rules, Regulations ... at the Company
- Review monthly labor contract of the employee, propose to sign an extension of the contract, evaluate the probationary results of the post-probation staff ...
5. Advise for the direct management of personnel-related matters
6. Other jobs as required by HR manager and BOM.
