* JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Supervisor is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include (but not limited to) C&B, recruitment, training and development, performance monitoring and employee relations.
* RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. GENERAL HR
• Manage HR filling system (both soft and hard documents).
• Manage and monitor employees’ time & attendance. Highlight to Finance Director & relevant Heads of Department any frequent tardiness / absence and any other matters required disciplinary actions.
• Lead the contract renewal process, job offer, termination.
• Lead new hires / leaving employee process.
• Manage employee leave.
• Create employee ID and set up accounts for new hires in Lemon Tree
• Register and approve timesheets of team members
2. COMPENSATION & BENEFIT
• Set up effective control / process system to ensure timely and accurate payroll administration, benefits and deductions.
• Check monthly employee attendance for payroll calculation
• Administer monthly payroll for both locals and expats accurately
• Prepare final payments for leaving employees in compliance with laws, labor contract and internal regulations
• Coordinate with Finance team to ensure salary payment is processed timely and accurately
• Ensure pay-slips generated and sent to all employees following the pay date
3. REPORTING AND COMPLIANCE
• Ensure statistical data and reports prepared accurately and submitted timely as required by authorities.
• Ensure contributions / submissions / declarations / registrations / de-registrations for items such as SHUI / TU / PIT & optional health / accident insurance in compliance with laws and internal policy.
• Complete timely and accurately annual personal income tax finalization for both local and expat employees.
• Monthly update Finance Director with any legal changes in SHUI/PIT/TU laws if any
• Respond to all labor related requests from authorities under Finance Director’s instruction if any.
4. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise, coach, train and develop subordinates / interns (if any).
• Regularly provide subordinates constructive feedbacks and plans for improvement /development.
• Conduct annual performance appraisal for subordinates as scheduled and whenever necessary
• Be accountable for subordinates’ outputs and performance.
5. RECRUITMENT
• Implement recruitment activities
• Manage trainee programs
• Conduct reference check for all local non-management new hires
6. TRADE UNION
• Be Chairman of Company’s Trade Union
• Manage Trade Union Fund
7. ADMINISTRATION
• Manage office administration and reception
8. OTHERS
• Organize staff disciplinary meetings.
• Conduct the orientations for all new employees.
• Coordinate training materials and agenda whenever required.
• Organize staff gatherings, Christmas Party, Company Trip
• Others HR related tasks as required by Finance Director

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR Management & Development, Business Administration)
• 4+ years accumulative relevant experience (general HR, C&B, Recruitment, Training)
• Good command of English (four skills)
• Good knowledge of local labor laws, PIT law, SHUI / TU laws and local HR practice
• Strong time management skill
• Strong people skill
• Strong communication and interview skills
