Mô tả công việc
• Work closely with BOM & Line Managers in the Company to understand business strategies, goals and difficulties to provide partnership support & consulting services and provide suitable people solutions for various activities to achieve success.
• Set up and develop HR activities including organization development, HR management policies, recruitment & talent retention, training, C&B, budgeting, performance appraisal, Employee Recognition, Performance & Reward; job Analysis/Description, succession, KPIs System, Working Procedures, Regulations and Guidelines in compliance with the Labour Laws;
• Implement HR projects like job grade, E-unite project, HR Initiatives, etc. for vision 2020.
• Be responsible for the human resource management and development as well as for day-to-day administration operations;
• Implement the company Corporate culture of transparency, result oriented and fast decision making process.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Proven experience as Human Resources Manager
• Experience in creating and leading a performance driven team.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, particularly around coaching, development planning and talent management.
• Ability to build strong working relationships and work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the organization.
• Excellent communication skills, presentation skill in both English and Vietnamese, oral and written.
• Good knowledge of labor regulations, employment relations & HR practices.
• People oriented, strategic mind, analytical thinking, effective problem-solving skill, result focus.
