Mô tả công việc
*** Purpose of Position:
Company size: 500 worker
Company industry: Furniture Manufacturing
• Ensure recruitment to meet Factory’s requirement.
• Ensure all activity related to HR accurately on time and smoothly.
• Consult to BOD and Production Manager the issue related to human resources.
*** Duties and Responsibilities
HR Role:
• Manage and control overall activities of HR & Admin Dept.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Make manpower plan and budget yearly.
• Manage and implement the process of recruitment, internal training, C&B, Social Insurance, work permit, disputes, evaluation of working performance, annual salary review, update and maintain the HR system, internal polies of company.
• Ensure effectiveness of internal communication channel.
• Manages the HR & Admin department ensuring to comply with policies, procedures, local and government regulations
• Understand Union and co-operate closely with Union for all matters relates to labor and disputes.
• Compliance: work closely with auditors/ 3rd parties about compliance matters such as Social responsibilities, Health Safety and Hygiene, fire prevention and follow the improvement process of non-compliance points.
• Set up company procedures and control the executions.
Administration Role:
• Apply for the legal licenses of company
• Manage and analyze the administration expenses to ensure the effective cost
• Manage and store HR-Admin documents and dossiers.
• Organize company’s events and activities.
• Periodic report to Management and Authorities for all matters relates to HR, admin and compliance

*** Technical skills and Experience required
• At least 03 years experiences in HR/Admin Manager in foreign manufacturing company.
• Fluently in English
• Bachelor degree
• Strong management & communication skill
• Strong knowledge in labor law and all regulations related to labor, fire prevention, Health safety and Hygiene, fire prevention, Union.
• Have experience in solving labor disputes or discipline.
