Mô tả công việc
1) HR- Admin system:
- Setup internal HR- Admin system: Policies, procedures, forms, vendors, HR team (if any).
- Setup the corporation with Government Departments and be contact point of company for related concerns.
- Prepare and manage monthly, yearly HR & Admin budget.
- Provide the advices to CEO about the HR & Admin policies, regulations, organization chart, optimize the employes headcount in accordance with company strategies and business activities.
- Support other departments in human resource management.
2) HR- Admin operation:
2.1 Recruitment and Training:
- Be responsible for recruitment and staffing to ensure enough and qualified headcount for business requirement.
- Building recruitment brand.
- Organize the training activities for staffs in line with overall company’s business objectives and HR & Admin objectives.
2.2 Salary and compensation:
- Formulate the remuneration system and administer the compensation and incentive measures where necessary including salary structure, payroll scheme … to ensure that the company is externally competitive and internally equitable and encourage employees.
- Manage and control the C&B activities including monthly payroll, social charges, PIT, ensuring the accurate preparation in line with Company’s policies and legal compliance.
2.3 Labor relations:
- Manage and develop the process of changing employee status: labor contract, promotion, replacement, resignations, terminations and handle of employee grievances, disciplines.
- Supervise the employee relation and company’s events to motivate employees and create the good working environment.
- Build and improve company culture.
2.4 Administration:
- Manage all administration activities to ensure all office facilities properties and stationery are in good conditions and ready to use.
- Make plan and supervise the health and safety tasks such as fire and explosion prevention, labor safety, security.
- Monitor the car arrangement for company’s operation with the accurate and good services.
- Supervise the work permit, temporary residence card, investment license, business license, ensuring all procedures, papers are updated and implemented on time and in compliance with governmental law.
2.5 Others:
- Any others additional task and duties as required by the GM.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree or above in Human resources or related fields.
- At least 08 years of experience, 01 year of experience at same position.
- Good knowledge of English written and spoken.
- Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Able to work independently and to organize herself /himself.
- Able to work under stress and in an international environment.
- At least 08 years of experience, 01 year of experience at same position.
- Good knowledge of English written and spoken.
