Mô tả công việc
Key Responsibilities / Duties
1. Formulate objective, strategic and guidelines for the management and development of GLVN human resource as well as administration activities.
2. Assist in the development and implementation of sound personnel systems, policies and procedures. Ensure policies and procedures are disseminated in a timely manner and consistently implemented and administered.
3. Monitor all staff recruitment/ placement/ transfer activities, participate in the recruitment of senior executive positions.
4. Conduct induction program for new employees.
5. Direct staff training and development function ensuring that all training needs are appropriately met.
6. Direct the maintenance and regular review of GLVN job evaluation system and compensation schemes as well as co-ordinate staff performance appraisals, salary increments, promotion activities and annual bonus payments.
7. Supervise salary and payroll administration activities and the maintenance of all required human resource and administration records, statistic and files needed for statutory and/ or management control proposal.
8. Prepare human resource related correspondences and reports as required by relevant authorities or by Management.
9. Oversees and direct all administrative support activities including purchases of office equipment and supplies, transport arrangement, office security and maintenance as well as ensure office cleanliness
10. Organize and participate staff welfare and social activities.
11. Represent the company in relevant human resource and administration management associations.
12. Undertake all administrative duties within set authority limits.
13. Building and develop Corporate Culture
14. Building & manage KPI system
15. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualifications : Basic University Degree in Business, Social Science or related discipline and additional qualification in Human Resource Management.
Experience : Minimum 5 years related experience
Specific skills / abilities : Good working knowledge related to HR & Administration. Able to communicate with all levels, assertive, initiative, leadership, integrity, sense of urgency & teamwork.
