. Human Resources : recruitment, performance management, training & development, total rewards, employee relations, continuous improvement of HR policies, organizational development
. Manage legal documents (annex contract, work permit, residence card)
. Promote and keep company culture and core values
. Manage personnel situation and regularly report to manager(director)
. Time keeping, annual leave, manage the employee records, disciplinary, sickness etc.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
. Work experience as an HR in the B2C/Retail/Beauty&Cosmetics industry
. Strong experience to HR systems and process
. Knowledge of Vietnam labor law and regulatory requirements.
. Excellent English communications skills.
. Skills: planning, organization, teamwork, problem solving, communication
. Qualification: keep confidential, responsible, honest, hard working and active.
