In general, your job is to maintain and improve employee happiness and creativeness:
+ Support CEO on the company whole recruitment process.
+ Handle the on boarding process
+ Handle employee contracts.
+ Take care of employee performance reviews.
+ Apply entry approval/ visa for expats in Vietnam
+ Prepare the document before proceeding to make Work Permit and residence card.
+ Research and apply best methodologies for employee happiness and retention.
+ In charge of other company activities.
