Objective of role:
Ensure smooth running of payroll cycles and support HQ-SG on employee career life cycle for Pandora VN team.
Key Accountability:
Payroll
• Collect store timesheet & checking with SIC/ CM
• Prepare & verify reports submitted by SICs including number of hours to pay, overtime payment, shift payment, commission, incentive and deductions
• Update new joiners, resignees and staff transfer to SG HR
• Process and submit monthly timesheet & commission to HR team for approval.
• Monthly tracking of confirmation cases and follow-up on completion of appraisal forms
• Upload, proceed and follow up to pay salary via bank system
• Send monthly e-payslip to employees
• Generate weekly and monthly payroll reports
Employee Benefits
• Review of corporate insurance benefits annually
• Administrate and support all insurance claims for employees
Recruitment
• Be a resourceful HR counterpart to HQ in identifying the job posting platform to ensure maximum outreach of job seekers accordingly.
• CV screening & conduct preliminary interview, follow up with surfacing and co-ordinate interview sessions for hiring person.
• Prepare employee contract & document checking in compliance with labor law.
• Arrangement with all successful candidates to sign labor contracts
• Update new joiners’ information and credential in database, and to make the duly reporting to HQ-SG.
HR Administrative
• Archive HR and payroll documentation for legislative and audit compliance.
• Perform all tasks in a manner which is consistent with the audit requirements for HR and payroll processes and to ensure optimal business operations.
• Timely Update of Team Org Chart and Staff Information list.
• Register Social Insurance & Health Insurance with Labor dept.
• Prepare the Labor report for Vietnamese Labor dept.
• Prepare termination letter/ promotion letter/ warning letter to employee.
• Closing Social Insurance book.
• Process employee income tax invoice annually.
• Prepare the monthly income tax & submit to tax dept.
• Translate and update of JD for all positions.
• Prepare tax receipt report.
• Follow up social & health insurance claim of employee
• PIT declaration report by quarterly.
• Other tasks as assignment.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Key Attribute:
• Hands on experience in payroll
• Sound understanding of Vietnamese employment legislation
• Proficiency in working with financial statements, numbers and reports
• Preferably experience in Retail industry
• Proactive
• Excellent planning and analytical skills
• Effective time management & prioritization skills
• Meticulous with an eye for details
• Resourceful, fast and efficient and able to work independently
• Hands on experience in payroll
• Sound understanding of Vietnamese employment legislation
