Mô tả công việc
HUMAN RESOURCES:
• Assist with recruitment and staffing, including: job post, interview arrangement, reference check, relevant documentation and correspondence, etc;
• Support to promote employer’s brand and organize company’s job fair;
• Host on-boarding process for new comers;
• Facilitate training activities.
ADMIN TASKS:
• Process and maintain personnel files for all staff classifications. Responsible for retention and archiving of all personnel records;
• Administer HR-related documentation, such as offer letters, contracts of employment, employees’ leave record and benefits;
• Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with relevant legislation.
• Update and control the annual leaves complying with leave application procedure;
• Assist in organizing staff engagement activities (Ex: Staff birthday, Best employee of the month, Annual health check, Staff trip, Staff party, …);
• Assist in renewing business licenses/permits (i.e. food hygiene, parking, wine retail license…);
• Coordinate & support foreigner employees (expatriates) in matters relating to visas, passports and work permit;
• Prepare HR data and reports when required;
• Handle tenant inquires, maintain prosperous relationship with tenants and potential clients;
• Other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) or equivalent; major in Foreign Languages, Business Administration is preferable
• At least 1 year experience in Administrative and Human Resources position
• Multi-tasking with positive attitude
• Proficient in MS word, excel and PowerPoint
• A high level of confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Vietnamese and English
• Active, professional, service-minded, careful, patient & hard working
• The flexibility and willingness to learn
• To enjoy working with people.
• At least 1 year experience in Administrative and Human Resources position
