Mô tả công việc
Recruitment:
Take charge for all recruitment activities from coordinating with Department Dead to understand the scope, responsibilities and requirements of positions to be filled to implement the recruiting process.
Follow up with filled vacancy to ensure the selected candidate to meet company’s needs, resolve issues with Department Head on staffing actions.
Take lead on-boarding program to facilitate newcomer and enhance cultural awareness.
Create strong network within company, vocational centers and universities, in social channels to maximize the chances.
Identify appropriate channels for sourcing potential candidates, take initiatives for attracting and retaining talents as well as branding employer.
Manage applicant information in recruitment database in proper manner.
Establish and maintain close relationship with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
Provide consultancies to company’s current compensation and benefit program to enhance the package’s competitiveness.
Employee Engagement:
Closely corporate with Department Heads to foster and spread the engagement climate in day-by-day activities.
Dig into the business case to help the management team in implementing necessary actions, propose and design suitable employee’s benefit frameworks to attract and retain employees.
Involve in solutions and project to better engage employees in the organization.
Act as a consultant and driver in leading company and social activities (year end party, company trip, etc. ) to promote company culture.
Propose suitable training courses to ensure and enhance the inspiration and incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.
Participate in marketing activities of introducing and inspiring people.
Office Management:
Be responsible for supporting the expats with necessary papers with government.
Act as the contact point in the front office to welcome guest in alignment with Company Security Policy.
Take charge for whole procurement process in ensuring appropriate products and services for office, prepare and review purchasing contracts.
Be responsible for providing information and supervising outsourcing suppliers (office leasing, office sanitation, drinks, ...).
Make report of working time – report of holidays and asset management.
Lead the logistic arrangement for meeting, visit and other company events.
Register parking card for newcomers and make report regarding parking fee.
Perform other tasks required by General Director and Office Manager.

Strong experience in recruiting is a must.
Good command of English Communication is a must (at least TOEIC 700).
Understanding of Labor Law and relevant regulation.
Can-do attitude.
Pro-active, detail oriented, trustworthy and enthusiastic.
Good interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
Competency of Microsoft applications (especially in Excel, PowerPoint).
Can start working as soon as possible.
