Mô tả công việc
MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment process
2. Conduct employee onboarding & new hire orientation
3. Calculate monthly payment and make payroll reports
4. Manage employee labor contract
5. Maintain HRIS databases
6. Maintain employee and company files & records
7. Manage service employees and contract
8. Organize company activities and events
9. Coordinate with Travel Agent to get Visa for visitors.
10. Translate documents and interpret when necessary
11. Follow up with company welfare programs

• University graduated
• HR related certificates
JOB EXPERIENCE
• At least 2 year(s) experience in HR&Admin. or related jobs.
• Experience in manufacturing company is an advantage.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
• Good command in English.
• Good communication skills
